Freight Coordinator
Job description:
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, ethical and
detail-oriented individuals to arrange transportation shipments via Flat
Beds, Vans, Temperature Controlled , Specialized , Door to Door
Inter-modal and Hot Shot equipment in both FTL and LTL for customers,
manage carriers, dispatch, track and trace loads while maintaining contact
with the customers. This position is available to office in our corporate
office based in Houston, Texas or from the Agents home anywhere in the
United States.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Acknowledge of Spot Quoting in all 48 contingent
states, use of dispatch software, acknowledge of Load Boards and a
professional and friendly demeanor.
Sales Position
We are looking for sales experienced, ethical ,
enthusiastic and highly motivated individual’s with a professional and
friendly voice to build upon an existing customer base in the
transportation industry. We offer full transportation needs including,
Flat Bed, Van, Temperature Controlled, Specialized, Door to Door
Inter-modal and Hot Shot Equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Heavy phone prospecting and outside sales
Contact customers on a daily basis
Negotiations in rates to both the customers and
carriers
Provide full cycle customer service to include
customer, order tracking and delivery conformation
Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives
